To delete a pending transaction, complete the following steps:
1. Select the appropriate pending transaction type.
Refer to the Viewing Pending Transaction section for more information. You cannot delete transactions in the All view.
2. Click the check box next to the transactions to delete.
Note: If the transaction was entered or modified by the branch, a” lock icon” displays instead of a check box. This transaction cannot be edited or deleted.
3. Click the Delete Selected Transaction button.
A message window displays prompting you to confirm the deletion. Click the Yes button to delete the transaction. The Pending Transaction screen re-displays with the selected transaction deleted. Click the No button to return to the Pending Transaction screen.
Note: If the cutoff is reached and there is a Branch transfer in process for a particular dealer account, deleting a transaction will not be available.
