To edit a transaction from pending transactions, complete the following steps:
1. Place the cursor on the Pending Transactions tab.
The types of Pending Transactions views display.
2. Click the appropriate pending transaction view.
The selected pending transaction view displays.
Note: To edit a transaction(s), you must select a pending transaction type. You cannot edit transactions in All view.
3. Click the check box next to the transaction to edit.
Note: If the transaction was entered or modified by the branch, a “lock icon” displays instead of a check box. This transaction cannot be edited or deleted.
4. Click the Edit Selected Transaction button.
The Transaction Edit screen displays. Click Cancel to return to the Pending Transaction screen.
5. Make the necessary change(s).
6. Click the Submit button.
The Confirmation screen for this transaction displays. Your request has been processed.
Note: If the cutoff is reached and there is a Branch transfer in process for a particular dealer account, editing a transaction will not be available.
