Generating a Follow Up Report

The Follow Up report lists all transactions requiring follow up. This report will display the units where Ally is waiting for required documentation.

Note: This report is only available to dealer accounts that include four-digit wholesale numbers.

To generate a Follow Up report, complete the following steps:

1.      Place the cursor on the Reports tab.

The types of reports display below the tabs.

2.      Place the cursor on Follow Up.

The Follow Up report displays. The following options are available from the Follow Up report:

·   Print: Click the Print button to print the report.

·   Close: Click the Close button to close the Follow Up Report window.

·   Download: Click the Download button to download the report. The Follow Up report will be downloaded to a file named FollowUpReport.csv. This file will be in your Downloads folder, and it can be opened with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Note: Different web browsers, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome operate differently, so after clicking the Download button, your browser may show a popup asking to save the file or open it, or it may simply download the file. Follow the normal steps for your browser to open the file.
