The SmartCash program uses folder tabs for navigation. The tabs link to the primary functions within the program and enable the user to move between functions. When a user places the cursor on a tab, subsections display beneath the tab. A tab may have one or two subsections.
The tabs available to a dealer user are determined by the user's access level and finance source for dealer account.
The following tabs are located on the SmartCash Home screen:
· SmartCash Home: Contains all the messages sent by the system or your local office. This screen also includes a high-level overview of SmartCash, program benefits, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the program.
· Transactions: Provides the ability to enter SmartCash transactions.
· Pending Transactions: Provides a review of all transactions entered for the dealer account for the current business day, with the ability to edit and delete.
· Reports: Provides access to SmartCash reports.
· Dealer Information: Provides SmartCash dealer account information, branch information and a list of users authorized to access the dealer account.
· Search: Provides the ability to investigate information for processed transactions and wholesale inventory.
The links on the SmartCash Home screen, which are in the right-hand corner of the SmartCash window above the main SmartCash tabs, can be accessed from anywhere in the application. The following links are on the SmartCash Home screen:
· MESSAGES: Accesses the Message Center. This link displays only when messages exist.
· HELP: Accesses instructional information regarding the SmartCash program and its functionality.
