Once the transaction request has been processed and before the cutoff time, the SmartCash program permits users to delete the transaction for the current day. After the cutoff time expires, users should contact their local branch to delete a transaction for the current day.
To delete a transaction, complete the following steps on the Transaction Confirmation screen:
1. Click the check box next to the appropriate transaction(s).
2. Click the Delete Selected Transactions button.
A message window displays prompting you to confirm the deletion. Click the Yes button to delete the transaction. The Transaction Confirmation screen re-displays with the selected transaction deleted. Click the No button to return to the Transaction Confirmation screen. Refer to the Deleting a Pending Transaction section for information about deleting a pending transaction.
