Once the transaction request has been processed and before the cutoff time, the SmartCash program permits users to edit the transaction for the current day. After the cutoff time expires, users should contact their local branch to edit a transaction for the current day.
To edit a transaction, complete the following steps on the Transaction Confirmation screen:
1. Click the check box next to the appropriate transaction(s).
2. Click the Edit Selected Transactions button.
The Transaction Edit screen displays. Click the Cancel button to return to the Transaction Confirmation screen.
3. Make the necessary change(s).
4. Click the Submit button.
If there are no errors, the Transaction Confirmation screen displays. Your request has been processed. Refer to the Editing a Pending Transaction section for information about editing a pending transaction.
